to CCF. I'm seeing a late die state coin with Ridge Ring through IGWT caused by die deteriorating. As far as the date goes last 9 is an issue with a Grease Filled Die..IMO, spend it and forget it..Good luck on future finds

Heavy Die Deterioration, very common issue. See it all of the time.
