I found this 1994 P Quarter with change. It is well circulated, but it has some very strong doubling on the obverse. It is most noticeable with mint mark, year, and In God We Trust. I didn't see this variety noted anywhere. Also in your professional option would it be worth grading with the condition it is in? Any information you can provide is appreciated.
Notice how the devices (letters) doubling looks flat and shelf-like?...That's caused by Machine Doubling (no added value). IMO, spend it and forget it. Best of luck on future finds
