1994 P Quarter- Doubled Die Obverse / DDO -Need To Grade?

Rkmcdaniel Valued Member United States 53 Posts	Posted 10/13/2019 9:15 pm I found this 1994 P Quarter with change. It is well circulated, but it has some very strong doubling on the obverse. It is most noticeable with mint mark, year, and In God We Trust. I didn't see this variety noted anywhere. Also in your professional option would it be worth grading with the condition it is in?
