Can the VAM-19A not have a doubled reverse?

I got the crack at the bottom (first 8 to the first star on the left of the date) and the date is 2.5 denticles to the right of the neck. But I do NOT have the die break above the right wing.

But this does have quite a bit of clashing on the reverse.
Maybe the clash under N of IN covered up the parallel lines.
(I am not sure what the parallel lines look like)

Thoughts anyone?

Thanks JJuliano

Thanks for putting me on the right path; definitely 19B1 or 19B2.

You're welcome. I was looking at it on my cell so it was tougher to ID. Good luck with final identification. Kinda fun isn't it

I'm leaning towards 19B1 late die state since the n clash is so weak
here's a link to compare your coin to
