I found this 1919 LMC with one side clipped I dont know if someone did it on purpose, the opposite side seems to be more worn than the clipped side, any help would be appreciated and thank you in advance

Sorry but this is not a clip from the mint ( incomplete planchet). Damage done to the coin after it left the mint
