This looks really wide up top not so much on the bottom and the back looks normal to me.

That looks like it could be a MAD if the reverse is normal.

The MAD coins are collectable when the devices start falling over the rims. (also noted is that on the reverse, there is weakness because the obverse die is not aligned over the reverse die)
