Hello and thanks for looking. I have posted detailed photos from many angles. The area in question is the "GOD WE UST". Significant offset, but not exactly like the typical DDO, unless different die stage or a significant MDO in only a subset of the lettering? searched a lot of 1965's but have not seen this prior.

MD. Not a DDO. Just circulation flattening and Machine Doubling.
