If this is PMD or PSD, how do you tell the difference with clipped planchettes?

It's a clip, but I don't see a DDO.

The distortion of the opposite rim, as noted above, points to a true clipped planchet. The Blakesley Effect is caused by the coin moving at the time of the strike because of the missing metal.

What's the coin's weight?
