1994 LMC Struck Through Debri? Help Please

Found this 1994 LMC and am asking for help in classifying it, I believe it may have been struck through debris but I am not sure these things fool me all the time, any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance

I see at least a die crack, but also looks like a retained internal die break (RIDB) as well.

The reason it's higher is because that section of the die was loose.
