informative I guess, but I can't listen to the guy's voice for too long.. nails on blackboard-type of effect on me..

I've never bought from jmb, but I had bought from provident before, quite some time ago.

anyone have any thoughts on this? is this consolidation good or bad?

Interesting development. Provident's email said that one change will be to allow e-checks to cover cash purchase discounts. In a fast-moving market, that might be a good alternative to wire transfers. At least it's two reputable names merging.
