to CCF. If the other side is centered,then it is a MAD:misaligned die.

The other side is lined up better than this side. Do you know if there is any value to these? Thanks for your responce.

There is not premium for this when the devices don't fall over the edge of the coin. here is what is happening:
2013-Fort-Mchenry-Off-Set---New-Here
See the simulated dies on the left. That is what causes a MAD to happen. The misalignment of the hammer die not being over the anvil die.
