Ozark 2017 Quarter Possibly Printed On Peso? Or What Went Wrong

moxking Rest in Peace United States 17900 Posts	Posted 10/24/2019 12:20 am Looks like some adhesive, probably glue, which is the yellow area. The circular mark at the center is intentional damage from an unknown mechanical operation. It's a spender. Report this Post to the Staff
