If it's raised, it is a gas bubble, if it's flat, it is water stain which I think it is.

We'll see what the experts say but I'll say it actually is something wrong with the dies. Possibly early stage of deterioration because there is another spot just like that at about 8:00 on the edge of the shield. Good eye!

I feel like that is just a carbon spot doesn't look raised to me try a quick acetone bath and then check it out

Sorry quin. It is 2019, this could have gone many different ways. Lol. Some people aren't seeing what you're pointing out. It is a die chip.

Moxking; coin the term; gave him a quick acetone bath. 100% certain this is not a carbon spot and not a water spot. Pretty certain it isn't a gas bubble either. I'm with willburton on this one and saying die chip.  |

I think I am seeing the clear mark on the face. I'll second that Die Deterioration. Makes sense. |

The spot on the face is just water marks, or carbon spots or problems with the rinse, or something... The whole box is plagued. #128580;
