So I feel you are seeing Machine Doubling on the tops of those devices. But a closer view might help me a lot more. Check other devices on the reverse to see if the tops of the devices are affected like the EPU area. Maybe a closer view with 4 over lapping devices per image. A larger view of groups of 4 devices on the EPU. The 'LU' looks more interesting? Report this Post to the Staff
