Sorry, but no. Copper takes on all kinds of colors under different environmental conditions.

I'd guess some sort of environmental damage (the one on the left).

The zinc cents can be a brass color. I've heard that zinc pieces can alter copper plating. Other times coins can be plated that color. Some sell these.

I have seen many different colors, the best thing to do even before asking is by weighing the coin. 2.5 it's zincoln 3.1 it's copper something else now we are talking. ( Of course there are tolerances)
