Trying to make sure I'm not seeing things, this looks like a dd to me. But it is not listed this way variety vista.

Sorry, but that's just Machine Doubling...check-out VarietyVista.com for what the DDO's for that year and mint mark should look like...

Note how the curved devices are reduced in size.
If it were a doubled die, then the devices would be enlarged.
