Misaligned die strike, not off center strike. Nice to have, but the dies would need to be much farther misaligned to hold any resale value.

Yes it is--as noted above, we call this a MAD. Yours is a nice example, but best is to have the letters hanging off the edge. You could save this one until a better example comes along.

Yup that's a MAD but as stated premium comes in when letters come off the edge
