Your pictures are to blurry. You need to take pictures of the entire coin Obv and Rev, then zoom in with clear pictures on the problem areas.

Again.....You need to take pictures of the entire coin Obv and Rev, then zoom in with clear pictures on the problem areas.

Lips. Note the affected area is the same height as the fields. It is Machine Doubling. On a doubled die the devices will be slightly enlarged and raised. Not reduced.

Note on this half dollar. The one on the left is a DDO. The examples (like your coin) is showing Machine Doubling. The difference the doubling on a doubled die is one the die. Machine is cause from die movement after the strike. Note on the example on the left the spread. The spread is caused by hub doubling. The MD example was damaged after the coin was freshly struck, like a kick in the shin, by the machine.

It's hard to get the best pictures. I'm trying to find a good USB coin scope to eliminate this problem. The reason I didn't take pics of the whole coin is that the affected areas are what is shown. Also my camera was at full zoom and at optimal focus. . Sorry the pics aren't the best
