I was wondering if the stem on the left side is doubled or just MD? Same for epluribus unum. Wanted to see what other ppl thought. Thanks.

to CCF...seams like none are listed on VarietyVista, but I think you might have something there (other than Machine Doubling). Photos of the entire reverse might help. Also I'd like to hear from others....Best of luck

I see nothing on Wexler's site either. I need some shot a bit farther back like 1/2 of the reverse at a time to make a side by side. It maybe we are looking too close and are seeing MD. The DDR's in that area should be more in the center of the coin.
The DDR for 1999 and 2004 are showing the doubling near the upper bands and on the leave on the design. But keep it save for now and give us some images a bit further back. IE: 1/2 of the EPU on each half. of the reverse. (sometimes looking too close takes away perspective)

Jdallas,
You may want to contact Wexler and send him photos or the coin if he needs to see it in hand http://doubleddie.com/
