1970 D LMC - Die Adjustment Strike / Strike Through?

I'm a little confused about this coin. I have seen examples of die adjustment strike coins and this is the first one that I have found that may be such an error.

I am wondering if it is a die adjustment strike, a strike through grease (obv. & rev.?) or if it is normal wear.

The deep rims don't look like an adjustment strike. It looks more like a Grease Filled Dies.

Correct. It is a Struck Through Grease issue. Here is a side by side of a Struck Through Grease issue on a coin and a weak strike on a coin:
1970-D-LMC---Die-Adjustment-Strike-/-Strike-Through?
Note the rims on the both coins. Strong rims for a Struck Through Grease error. No rims on a weak, low pressure strike.

i see a grease struck through coin. coop is correct, you is a little more dramatic than what I've run across.

Thank you, everyone, for the education! I'll remember the rim feature regarding die adjustment strikes.

Of course there is circulation wear on this coin, but I can rule out this in regards to the struck-thru-grease features being present?
