The 1968-1972 cents had a lot of Machine Doubling. In fact 133 MD examples were graded by PCGS, with people thinking they had the holy grail, but didn't. But even a large percentage of the real DDO-001 have Machine Doubling. But your coin is not one of them. Just a MD normal die coin. The real DDO looks like this:
