Almost FBL, but not quite.

It would have been nice, if we could have graded it in the raw, hand held, under 10x magnification, just as a TPGrader would have done.

I hope those tiny spots in front of, and behind the effigy are on the slab, not the coin.
Same for the scuff marks below the bell.

If there is no tiny hairlines, I will go with
PF-67 DCAM as well, but it is hard to determine if there are any under the plastic.

This is in an older PCGS green holder proof 66 cam. I really thing this should be a deep cam designation (as most of you have thought too). Would a CAC submission possibly yield a gold beanie? Or do you think a re-submission to PCGS would be fruitful in a deep cameo designation?
