Editor Nicholas J. Molinari has announced that KOINON II has been published and is available for purchase through Archaeopress.
I'd like to publicly congratulate our own Spence, who co-authored an article with his daughter Marina. (I hope Dave doesn't mind my doing this!) I believe the content of their study builds upon a post Dave made here some time ago.

Congrats - Although I wouldn't consider myself an avid collector yet, Spence along with mostly everyone on this thread has deepened my enthusiasm and excitement in collecting ancients . Honestly, I think I would have settled for a few famous Romans and called it quits.
