i believe this is an AU coin with a wonderful strike and beautiful surfaces.

EF45 but might even pull an AU grade at the TPGs on a good day. The areas of verdigris on the obverse especially is what holds it back for me, most likely had some of it removed very carefully in the past. A very decent job at restoration IMO.
