I have to smile every time I look at this coin.

She has a few hits on the reverse at E1 and R and elsewhere as well, otherwise it is nicely preserved and a with very pretty tone.

Would greatly appreciate your thoughts on condition and grade.

Thanks!

It is a common variety as they come (R-2), but with tons of eye appeal.

Wow, it's not every day you see a nice, mid-grade example of this type. Where in Germany did you find it? Are US coins popular there?

What a beauty! I don't think the reverse hits will matter much on this one. Amazing original surfaces with great color. VF-35.

Congratulations on a great find. It has a beautiful color and smooth surfaces and I agree with the VF35 grade. My best 1794 isn't as nice and graded EAC 25/12. I agree with IndianGoldEagle that yours will be a straight grade.

Very, very nice coin! I'm in at VF-35 as well. I collect errors and varieties, but I really would love to own this coin.

Very nice germanicus. I think VF details due to the reverse hits. I had a similar condition 1795 that was VF details by ANACS with fine pin scratches that were less obvious.
