This 90 penny has a couple of things going on with it I hope someone could explain. I put a similar penny in age and quality next to it to better point out my questions about it. Why so detailed and whats going on with the rim? Maybe I coulda labeled better.

Only thing I am seeing is a very minor MAD on the 1990.

Also Split plating on the tops of the devices on the reverse, scrape across the lower SE part of the building. Machine Doubling on the motto on the obverse with the micro images. (Best to compare with two of the same year. The devices do vary in size on different years)
