The photos are really too small to tell what's going on with the coin, if anything. What do you see that makes you think this coin is different than other 1969-S Cents?

There's strong doubling in liberty and light doubling in "in God we trust and the date. There's also some light doubling on the back of Lincolns head, under his nose and chin.
I'm only seeing Machine Doubling. The size of the device is reduced and the doubling is shelf-like. It's not the DDO for the 1969-S. Here's what that coin looks like.

After zooming in,and pictures still quit clear, I see some Machine Doubling on the R in Liberty and that's all. No added value, spend it and forget it, best of luck on future finds
