Not too savvy on Buffalo nickel grading but I don't see any wear on this piece. Strike seems adequate but not exceptional for this date. The 1913 type 1 is common in grades up to MS-65. This one doesn't look like a gem but if luster is intact over the high points I could see an MS-63 grade.

Very close to MS but I think this one is AU-58.
