I believe it was decided that we call that a "jumbled ladder" note. It qualifies as almost fancy, but there is no premium as far as I know.

Well thanks Mr spruett001. That ladder just fell apart on me. Maybe next time. Can't give up. You have luck hunting these coins and paper.

Echo bills are considered collectibles. Example 13577531. First 4 numbers repeated opposite on the last 4 numbers. I found a bill once that has the middle Six digits the same. The other two different. Saved it for years, then spent it at a coin show when I was running out of cash.

I wouldn't think this note carries any premium either, especially in this condition.

Most collectors refer to these as RADAR notes.

The OP's note does not have a collectible serial number, regardless of its condition. Spend it without remorse.

I've never searched straps or bricks. I only check the notes that I happen across through normal business. I've never even found one like yours, so personally, I might be tempted to keep it until I found something better.
