It qualifies as almost fancy, but there is no premium as far as I know. coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 11/05/2019 08:50 am Echo bills are considered collectibles. Example 13577531. First 4 numbers repeated opposite on the last 4 numbers. I found a bill once that has the middle Six digits the same. The other two different. Saved it for years, then spent it at a coin show when I was running out of cash. Report this Post to the Staff

I've never even found one like yours, so personally, I might be tempted to keep it until I found something better.
