Can somebody help explain what it means if "Not double bar" or "DOuble bar " on a 1979 or 1980 Aussie COH 50 cent.

Right behind the emus head, there are 2 "bars" that were actually part of the original reeding on the reverse. This caused a weak spot on the dies and caused them to crack, so the dies were changed to remove this element of the design.

Sorry, my camera isn't good enough for a close up, but someone else will be able to post some pics for comparison.
