Found this in a bank roll of dimes. Wondering if anyone might know what happened to this thing. It has like wire wheel kind of marks in the fields but not on the letters or the rim. Is this some kind of error or md. And if PMD how is it possible to not destroy the rim and lettering. Thanks for the input.

Die aging is altering the coin. We see this a lot on the new dimes.
