Tough call. Scratches on neck bother me. I'll say Unc. details.

Hairlines on the forehead in front of the bust and behind it as well.

AU details, lots of little pits on the obverse.
Maybe just baggy?

Unc details, does appear to have altered surfaces with a chrome-like flash. Tiny surface marks and hairlines alone might not generate a details grade but the overall look is suspect.

If it has been cleaned a long time ago, it must have been a very light clean: there is some remaining luster to be seen underneath the patina.
Perhaps a tiny amount of wear on the feathers of the eagle's head, hairlines readily seen underneath the patina, and lots of tiny nicks and dents.
Nevertheless, it is still a quite attractive coin. AU58.

AU cleaned. The obverse scratches, mainly on the hair but also on the neck, are most distracting to me.
