I can't find any on this at all. I can see its an RPM of some type, but it looks like maybe 3 times. I can't tell. Any info will help. Thank You

Top part is Machine Doubling, bottom part is damage.

If you look at the overall shape of the outside of the mintmark, then subtract the 'doubling' you will see that the doubling takes away from the normal shape of the overall mintmark. RPMs do not do this.
