Picked up this 1988 P RD with that looks like the die was used up but looks like it may have some die clash to it also, any information would be appreciated and thank you in advance on any information

Mostly a VLDS (Very-Late-Die-State) die issue when your coin was struck. Not a keeper.

It does look like it may have some clash marks, but even those seem to be worn down from striking thousands and thousands of coins. Here's an overlay of a dime to check for clash marks.
