Hi guys, I have what I think is a 2.5 gold piece but the front is worn smooth and I can't match the back with any design on coinfacts. The biggest issue is the it say 2.50 not 2 1/2 like all others I know of and the olive leaves at the bottom are different. Any help would be appreciated. I know without a date from the front I'm prop sol on getting an exact match but I would like to at least know the type..

A jewelry copy, or perhaps a gaming counter/token like the Kettle tokens.

@50sp, any chance of you adding a pic of the other side of this piece? Also, a weight could be super-helpful. Thx.

Thanks for all the help so far.

The weight is only 1.77 grams. It does have a reeded edge if that helps.

@50SP, due to the blurriness, I can't really make out any design features on the rev. Is it actually just blank?
