Brucec Pillar of the Community United States 1026 Posts	Posted 09/27/2008 8:34 pm I saw on the TV news here that the US Mint has suspended all sales of the 2008 Gold Buffalo coins because they can't keep up with the orders. WOW guess they can't get enough gold to fill the orders? Oh well will make my five 2006 $50.00 gold Buffalo coins worth more in the future I guess. Report this Post to the Staff

biokemist6 Bedrock of the Community United States 12437 Posts	Posted 09/28/2008 12:19 am The Proof and Uncirculated versions for sale on the Mint's website are not the ones that are no longer on sale. The bullion Buffaloes that are only available from dealers are the ones that ran out. The Mint had been rationing them to the Authorized Dealers but have completely exhausted the supply of planchets.
