Key/semi key dates are low mintage coins, as far as Lincoln cents go,I think they would include 1909S VDB, 31S, 14D, 12S, 11S, 09S,and lets not forget the 1982 copper small date D..

Usually people say a key dated coin is one that is difficult to find to complete a set or collection. And no a 1936 cent is not one of those.
