Good evening CC I found a 1990 LMC in circulation with a very odd look to it. I think it might be struck on a foreign planchet however it weighs 2.38 grams which really makes me think it isn't an error. Can I get some help? Thanks.

@ch17, the odd look is the zinc core showing through an excessively worn copper plating. Not sure how (stuck in a dryer could be), but definitely not a mint error.
