Need Help With 1990 Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC Struck On Foreign Planchet?

I think it might be struck on a foreign planchet however it weighs 2.38 grams which really makes me think it isn't an error. Can I get some help? Thanks. Report this Post to the Staff

Not sure how (stuck in a dryer could be), but definitely not a mint error.
