This looks like a Dryer Coin. It's spent a great deal of time in the drum of a dryer or something like that. Each time it was tumbled took a little more of the design and copper plating. It's just Post Strike Damage. Value 1¢.

I have had a few cent find the gap in the drum in my washing machine. They will be straight up and down and when I pull them from the gap they look a lot like this. The only difference between the one I find and the ones you posted is the rims on mine are extremely square like a proof cent.
