I found this coin and would like an to know if this is an extremely deteriorated die coin or the product of a somehow capped die? Thanks!

Just a very V-VLDS die struck your coin. It was struck like that. No premium.

It may be worth keeping as an example of a Very Very Late Die State strike, but not as a collectible or error.
