2006 LMC Die Chip, Debris Or Zinc Rot Help Please

Found this 2006 LMC that has a big glob between the top of the second and third column, can not tell if it may be a piece of debris, a die chip or zinc volcano any information would be appreciated

Looks like a plating bubble that has burst now zinc rot
is starting to set in.

Looks like a die chip that was tall enough to wear off the plating on that area and zinc rot set in. It is that area:
