so I found this guy while cleaning the bar tonight not sure if its an error or damage being this worn down on a 94 I would think the zinc would be showing

would a vice not cause the same smooth surface to both sides ?

I'd like to get the weight of the coin and a look at the edges to make sure it's not a tapered planchet.

The reverse doesn't show any flattening, at least not to the extent the obverse does, so Post Mint squeezing seems unlikely.

Also, although it could be an effect of the light, the rim appears to thin going counter clockwise from GOD to IN, which if accurate suggests something else is going on.
