It looks ms64bn but there are two small spots that look green on the cheek behind the mouth that look problematic. If the spots have eaten into the metal, then details corroded.
i'd be tempted to acetone and/or verdicare this coin to see what happens with the two spots on the cheek. if it cleans up then MS64BN if not then UNC details
The color looks natural in hand. In fact, there is a trace of red mint luster hugging the devices. Hard to tell if the verdigris spots have underlying corrosion. It might be worth a shot at VerdiCare. If I do that, I'll post new pictures.
