Well, those most probably modern copies, but I still leaving some possibility :)

I bought each of these from different France's sellers.

Material looks like tin or lead.

I am curious if there is possibility those are that time forgery or used as tokens etc. (have doubts Caroligians did use lead for real coins :)).

They are 100% fake.

Definitely not genuine Carolingian coins. And I do not think contemporary forgeries, they differ too much from the real coins. Most likely modern copies.

None of your coins look like those, although I did check the second one, which is the most skillfully rendered one.
