The 1938 Mercury dime is the only coin of any real value. When you post, make sure to rotate the photo to the correct position, make sure you post both sides of the coin, crop the photos to only show the coin and always post one coin per topic.

We need both sides to help determine the grade, but the 1938 should be in the $5-$7 range. The 1956-D Lincoln Wheat cent will be worth a few cents because of the scratches on the obverse.

Of the coins you posted only Mercury dime is worth more face value. Even the 1958 D, its worth under a dollar. The Mercury dime is worth from $4-$6

To answer your question from your title, no, you shouldn't be considering getting these graded. The cost of grading is higher than their value.
When posting photos, in addition to the orientation as already mentioned, it is best to show us both sides of the coin (one coin per thread, please).
And your 1984 dime... the letter "D" above the date was intentionally put there to denote it was minted in Denver. Missing letters under Liberty? Not certain which letters you think are missing? And the comment "hit twice" we call doubling and it's difficult to see it well, but I can see it a bit in part of the motto which is probably what we call Machine Doubling. So of the four coins you have shown us, only the Mercury dime has a value as already mentioned.
