I'm going to venture an opinion, which others may disagree with, but I think this is probably Die Deterioration Doubling combine with Machine Doubling.

Shucks I'm always getting machine doubled coins. I thought for sure this one was special. The obverse is dramatic to say the least. Are there any definitive tips on distinguishing machine vs die doubling? I'm always finding these. I'm still new to coin collecting and this is the most frustrating thing I find

Thanks again cooper. I have the worst trouble in telling the difference with these. Trying to learn to train my eyes to hawk double dies
