Hi, I'd appreciate your thoughts on grade of this coin. If better pictures are needed, I'll be happy to retake. Thanks

That's about right. F-12 at best.

I'm at VG-10 and it's a VAM-7 if you enjoy cataloging by die marriage...

Thanks folks. I have no experience with VAMs so will go read up on the VAM 7. Thanks again.

In regards to the VAM, I see the left tilted CC, but that's it. In regards to the vam/s, does that add value to a coin?

I think this one will straight grade F-12.

Guys, lets say this grades at a F12 and the mkt value is $200; if the cost is $100 to get a grade/slab, when does one just sell raw at a discounted price vs having the TPG expense added in and in the end ending up with the equivalent of selling at the discounted raw price?

Nice coin, an always-in-demand date. IMHO, it is a solid problem-free VG-10. I don't think you would have any problem selling it raw, and you wouldn't recover the cost of slabbing it. I think you will find it trading in the $150-$160 range. The last one I sold was a couple months ago, a VG-8 at $137.50.

Not worth paying the fees for a slab IMO.

the only thing thats even possible is what appears to be swipe marks across the cheek to pull a details designation.
