Well, all I can say is those hairlines don't put me at ease...but I wouldn't be able to tell a real one either.

I wouldn't buy it. It doesn't look right, and it has definitely been scrubbed with something.

I don't like it either, it looks as though the copper plating was removed.

I can still see traces of copper color in the steps and on Lincolns coat. It's a dip and scrub. Ops did I say the coin was a dip or the seller. LOL

The only test that is adequate to tell if the coin is real is in hand examination. You just can not tell from a picture.

I will definitely agree with Chuck's and Bill's assessment. I have better places to spend $61.00.

Hmmm, let's see. The last hing this person sold was scrap carbide and end mill chucks. Now let me buy a cent that is missing the copper plating.
