At first glance I wrote this of as Longacre doubling. But the lower left of C and middle of E in ONE CENT throws me off. The left wreath shows flat thin doubling but also some true doubling What do you think?

That is classic " Strike Doubling" or " Machine Doubling" the shelf like appearance is a dead give away. It's where the coin shifts slightly upon ejection or during the striking process. Does NOT add any value to the coin, and in some cases can hurt a perfect high grade example as one looking to acquire a perfect specimen would rather have a coin with no stiking flaws of any kind.
