came across this 1998p LMC with great Trail Dies Feeder Finger Damage, couldnt match it to anything on http://www.traildies.com/lincoln-ce...990-to-1999/

Not trail die,feeder finger damage.

Those are feeder finger die scrapes. When the feeder fingers get damaged by being bent or struck on, the these bent fingers will scratch the dies.

When this happens the dies are polished off on the fields (the outside of the die) and this removes some of the fields and sub devices:

This will leave the die rough and if not polished out, the affected area will be dull looking on the coins:

Congratulations for an awesome find.

I want to learn how to determine a trail die and I tried to look at some coins with trail dies but your coin seems to be not having trail dies.... your coin seems to have die gouges more like of a die clash of some sort to me but I don't know which caused the clashing. I might be wrong. I looked at maddieclashes.com but I was not able to see one similar to your coin. The experts can help more with your nice coin.
