Looking forward to the holiday and the 5 days I get off work so I can work on filling albums. I finished my Washington quarter albums a couple of weeks ago, so I have been working on both the Roosevelt dime albums and the Kennedy ½ Albums and finished up with those this morning. I have a few holes yet to fill on both of these. I only have the Penny albums and the ATB Quarter albums left to fill, and this Thanksgiving weekend will be the beginning of the 3rd year of my project. I have been discouraged a couple of times and thought I'd never see the light at the end of the tunnel, but all is good now.

Over this 5 day holiday, my main plan is to pull all my bags of Wheaties and get them organized. I've got bags stored in Gunsafe #1 and Gunsafe #2, and some are stored in my office safe. Once that is done, I will start the process of finding the best of the best of each year and mint, this is the most tedious part of this whole process. I have over 14,700 pennies to go through and pick out the best 3 coins from each year and mint. I have been filling 3 albums of each denomination.

The good thing when all this is over, I will be dumping most of the unused coins back into my checking account so I can buy more coins. I will be hoarding some coins, like the Wheaties, but the bulk of them will be dumped. My bank probably won't like it, but hey it's their job.

Everybody have a great Thanksgiving Holiday.

Lol. If they don't have the automated machines for their sake do it in groups so they don't hate you .

Also if you're a regular Amazon shopper you can use coinstar and get a gift card for there, there's no fee when you get a gift card instead of cash.

HA Ha, They already told me not to bring them in all at once.

Between loads of laundry this morning, I took the time to figure out approx. how much I would be dumping. So as a starting point I figured all unused coins beginning at 1980 to date would be dumped. I came up with about $2500.00 to dump and put into my checking account, I will use that, to buy some coins I need, and keep on roll hunting.

By the way, this is about the 4th time I tried to post this, stupid electricity went out 3 times today so far and I have had to retype. Good Thing My Vikings have a bye week or I'd be really mad.
